 PACKAGE DETAILS : 

• Accommodation for two adults on twin sharing basis in standard room.

• Complimentary accommodation for two children below 5 years in the same room (without extra bed).

• Meal Plan: MAPAI (Half Board - Breakfast & Dinner) - Fixed Menu with number of meals as per number of nights in the Package.

• Transportation in : Non A/C Car.

• Local Sightseeing as per Transport Itinerary specified.

• Entrance fees at all sightseeing spots to be paid directly by the guest.

• Package can be extended on prorata basis.

TRANSPORTATION INCLUDES: 

• - Pickup & Drop from/to Bangalore- Airport/Station

• - Inter Hotel Transfers

• - Local sightseeing as per Itinerary given.

• - Drivers Bata  / Toll / Parking

• - Kilometers available will be specified as per Itinerary.

OTHER DETAILS : 

• Complimentary use of Activity Centre, Fitness Centre and swimming pool where applicable.

• Package starts with Dinner and ends with Breakfast.

• Check - in 12 noon & Check - out 9 am.

• Package cost Does Not include Optional activities.

• X’mas Eve and New Year’s Eve supplements are Mandatory and applicable extra as per the rules of each Hotel.

• Peak Season : Packages are not valid for the period from 20^th December 2009 to 10^th Janaury 2010. Rates will be worked out as per requirement.

• Service Tax applicable extra on Total Bill Amount as per government rules.

 EXTRA PERSON AND CHILD POLICY 

• Child upto 5 years will be accommodated on complimentary basis without extra bed.

• Child from 6-12 years will be accommodated with one extra bed per room, subject to a maximum of 2 children, as per extra person rate - for each child.

• Person above 12 years will be accommodated with one extra bed, subject to a maximum of one person, as per extra person rate.

CANCELLATION  AND REFUND RULES  

• 30 Days advance notice : Full refund

• 30 Days – 15 Days advance notice : 50% Refund

• Less than 15 Days advance notice : No Refund

• Retention will be levied for all days of confirmed booking in case of No Show.

• Peak Period: No Refund for bookings during Peak Period, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled.
